Johnny Klebitz
Johnny is the main hero of the first DLC (data disc),
vice-president of the biker gang The Lost MC. He was the acting
president while Billy Greye is serving a prison sentence. The Lost MC
is his life and passion. He has a disgust of killing and drugs, and he
is the biggest moralist from the The Lost MC.
Billy Grey
Billy is the president of the biker gang The Lost MC. After his
release from prison he breaks the peace between The Lost MC and the
Liberty Angels of Death. In the middle of the story Johnny kills Billy,
and Johnny becomes the permanent president of the club. He does not
agree with Johnny very much but they hold a respect for each other.
Clay Simons
Clay is one of the Johnny’s three friends. His job is to get every
member of the club a motorcycle. By calling him he can send you a
motorcycle of your choice and you can call him for help while fighting.
Jimmy Fitzerald
Jimmy is one of the Johnny’s three friends. He is in charge of the finances of the club. He will help Johnny in most of the missions. After the last mission he dies by the hands of Niko Bellic. After calling him he will hide a gun in the society room of the clubhouse.
Terry Thorpe
Terry is one of the Johnny’s three friends. He distributes weapons
to The Lost MC. After calling him he will bring you a load of guns. You
can call him for help in battle.
Ashley Butler
Ashley is Johnny’s ex-girlfriend. Like most of the woman from The
Lost she is addicted to heroin. As Niko you will meet her in one
mission for Ray Boccino.
Angus Martin
Angus is a biker in a wheel chair. He is in this condition due to
a serious crash he had with Billy a few years ago. You can complete
optional bike theft missions for him.
Jason Michaels
He is more of a side character. His job is pushing for the repayment of loans. He dies after the second mission by the hands of Niko Bellic.
Brian Jeremy
Brian is something like a secretary to the gang. He fights with Johnny regularly. Brian then betrays the gang and turns half of its members against Johnny. In the mission Bad Standing you can choose to kill him or let him live after the fighting.
Malc
Malc is a member of the Uptown Riders gang. He will help you in some missions and you can then meet him as a random character.
Kongresman Tom Stubbs
Congressman Stubbs is a man that has nothing to hide (in one
mission he gets completely naked in front of you). You will do some
missions for him, which you wouldn’t guess are from a congressman.
After the end of the story you can complete optional missions for him.
Ray Boccino
For Ray you will do 3 missions. In one of them you will play with Niko as an NPC.

Elizabeta Torres
Elizabeth you know from the main game. She is a drug dealer in Bohan. In one of her missions you will play with Niko as a NPC.
Niko Bellic
Niko is an immigrant from Europe (he is also the main protagonist
from the previous game). You will fight by his side in two missions. I
