You will be allowed to play your own music on radio station as we are used to from previous games.

When you insert at least 4 songs into the given game folder a new radios station called "Self Radio" will be available. It has never been easier.
Copy at least 4 songs into the folder C:/Documents/Rockstar Games/GTA V/User Music" and launch the game.
There you can find following three options in the game settings menu:
Auto Scan for Music : It will automatically search newly added songs
Perform Quick Scan for Music: it will quickly search/scan the folder
Perform Full Scan for Music: It will perform full scan for all music and its changes
Self Radio Mod:
- Sequential - songs played sequentially with possibility to replay songs
- Shuffle - songs in random order with possibility to replay songs
- Radio - songs in random order with radio moderator reports, without possibility to replay songs
