When you own an Apple, go to the iTunes
and download the iFruit application. It will allow you a Los Santos Customs car tunning and a Chop the Dog. You can modify cars and get it by ordering in the Los Santos Customs to the game!
The Chop the Dog application will allow you to take care about the Chop, this will influence his behaviour in the game :)
