New CS, textures, buildings, mods and some weapons.
- Smoking - After pressing 0, Niko will start smoking
- Cleo cheats - cheates will be activated by pressing one button
- The second chance to live - when you get dead, the time will stop and you'll have time to heat up

- Other characters from other GTA games - other GTA's characters will fight with you against enemy
- Speed Boost
- Drug mission - you can play this new mission in the Groove Street
- Teleport to marker (on map) - if you are fed up by moving round the game, you can select a place on your map and use this teleport to get there.
